What does it mean to be human? How do you define humanity? The Declaration of Human Rights states, “ All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.”

If we are all indeed equal, reasonable and conscious beings, why are there more than 100 million people around the world without a place to call home? Human beings left out in the streets, without food and without love and compassion.

Project Feed NYC was an opportunity for us to show our humanity to those who are roaming the streets of NYC with no home and no idea where their next meal will come from.

Below is the video of our journey showcasing just how human these people are, and the love they have to offer. While, this project alone won't change the world- we hope to inspire you to take time to make someone’s life better- and together impact the world positively. It is not only the right thing to do, it is our duty as human beings.

Please share the project below, and contact us if you have questions on how you could do your own project in your city and be a part of the City Raised Group!
